How long does delivery take?
Free standard delivery is tracked and takes 2–4 working days to most of South Africa. Major metros often arrive next day. You’ll get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your order ships.
Is everything genuine, brand-new stock?
Yes — 100%. We only source from official manufacturers and authorised distributors. Every product is brand-new, sealed and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? Return any unopened item within 14 days for a full refund. Faulty out-of-the-box? We’ll arrange a free collection and replacement straight away.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. At checkout you can split payment with PayFast or pay by card, EFT or instant EFT. Approved business accounts can also order on 30-day terms.
Do you offer business & bulk pricing?
We do. Our business team handles bulk orders, tailored quotes, leasing and fleet rollouts. Email us or call and ask for the business desk.
How do warranty claims work?
Most products carry a 1–3 year manufacturer warranty. Log a claim from your account or call us — we handle the back-and-forth with the brand so you don’t have to.
