Returns and Cancellations
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 10 days for a full refund. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and our hassle-free returns process.
Return eligibility
- Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals and seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Software licences, opened consumables (ink, toner) and special-order items are non-returnable once activated or opened.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item and include photos of the packaging and product.
How to return an item
- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Drop off at the specified courier collection point or arrange collection (we cover return courier costs for defective items).
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return process applies. To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number via the Contact Us page.
