Please read these terms carefully. They cover order acceptance, pricing, stock, returns, warranties and your rights as a consumer in South Africa.

The terms “WeShopTech”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WeShopTech (Pty) Ltd.
WeShopTech operates this online store and website to provide customers with a curated shopping experience for IT hardware, software, accessories, peripherals, networking equipment, components, and related technology products and services.
WeShopTech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on the website, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website and purchasing from us.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about order acceptance, stock availability, supplier confirmation, pricing validation, product information, returns, warranties, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the website.
Please note: all orders placed on the website remain subject to stock availability, pricing validation, supplier confirmation where applicable, payment verification, and final acceptance by WeShopTech.
Section 1 — Definitions and Interpretation

Business day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or South African public holiday.
Section 2 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in South Africa or that you are using the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, contact number, billing address, delivery address, payment information, company details, VAT number, or other relevant information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawful, and that you have the necessary rights to provide such information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person without our prior written consent.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been used unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that may harm WeShopTech, Shopify, our suppliers, or other users.
Section 3 — Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any other person.
You may not use the website:
a. for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purpose;
b. to violate any applicable law, regulation, rule, or ordinance;
c. to transmit false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
d. to interfere with the operation, security, availability, or performance of the website;
e. to upload or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
f. to scrape, copy, harvest, extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content, product data, pricing, images, or availability information without our prior written consent;
g. to impersonate another person or entity;
h. to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, server, database, or network; or
i. to use the website in any way that may expose WeShopTech, Shopify, suppliers, partners, or users to liability.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.
Section 4 — Our Products
WeShopTech sells IT hardware, software, accessories, peripherals, networking equipment, components, devices, and related technology products and services.
We have made reasonable efforts to provide accurate representations of our products and services on the website. However, colours, product appearance, packaging, ports, dimensions, accessories, and other visual elements may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, display settings, lighting, image source, or manufacturer-provided content.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, technical specifications, compatibility information, availability indications, bundle contents, and other product-related information published on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, errors, omissions, delays in updates, and manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or third-party data changes may occasionally occur.
Product information may change without notice, including specifications, packaging, included accessories, colours, software bundles, warranty terms, model revisions, country-specific versions, and regional variations.
Product images are provided for illustrative and identification purposes only. Actual products, packaging, labels, included accessories, software, ports, colours, bundle contents, and physical appearance may differ from the images displayed on the website.
Where product information published on the website is based on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or other third parties, WeShopTech does not warrant that such information will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free at all times.
Customers may consult the manufacturer’s official documentation for the latest technical information, compatibility, warranty, and included items.
If WeShopTech identifies a material error or inaccuracy in any product description, image, specification, compatibility detail, availability indication, or other product-related information before fulfilment, WeShopTech reserves the right to correct the information, contact the customer, propose an alternative, or cancel the affected item or order where appropriate, subject to applicable law.
Minor differences in imagery, packaging, labelling, documentation, or non-essential descriptive wording will not by themselves constitute a defect or misrepresentation where the product supplied is the correct model and materially conforms to the order.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products offered to any person, business, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 5 — Orders
5.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods or services, subject to these Terms.
Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted by WeShopTech.
5.2 Order Acceptance
An order will only be regarded as accepted once WeShopTech has completed its internal review and confirmed the order for fulfilment.
Submission of an order, receipt of an order reference, automated order acknowledgement, cart confirmation, payment authorisation, or payment receipt does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
We must receive and process your payment, verify the order, validate pricing, confirm stock availability, and complete any applicable supplier confirmation before an order is finally accepted.
5.3 Right to Review, Refuse, Hold, Limit, or Cancel Orders
Before acceptance, WeShopTech reserves the right to review, refuse, place on hold, limit, or cancel any order where there is:
a. insufficient or unavailable stock;
b. a pricing discrepancy or obvious pricing error;
c. an error in product information, specifications, images, bundle contents, or availability;
d. a supplier pricing change, landed-cost increase, allocation issue, or availability issue;
e. suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, payment irregularity, or security concern;
f. an issue affecting delivery, compliance, importation, export control, or lawful fulfilment;
g. a product restriction, licensing limitation, geographic restriction, or supplier limitation;
h. a discontinued product, end-of-life product, or substituted model; or
i. any other reasonable commercial, operational, legal, or compliance reason that prevents fulfilment.
If an issue is identified before acceptance, WeShopTech may contact you with the corrected position, propose an alternative, request additional information, or cancel the affected item or order where appropriate.
Any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider’s processing timelines.
5.4 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is complete and accurate, including product selection, quantity, delivery address, billing details, VAT details, contact information, and payment information.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any payment method used is valid, authorised, and has sufficient funds or available credit.
5.5 Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel an order, you should notify WeShopTech as soon as possible.
Any cancellation remains subject to whether the order has already been accepted, processed, allocated, configured, packed, dispatched, specially procured, imported, licensed, or otherwise committed to a supplier.
Consumer rights under applicable South African law remain unaffected.
5.6 Purchases for Resale or Export
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased through the website are intended for lawful use by the customer and may not be purchased for unlawful resale, unauthorised export, grey-market distribution, or use in breach of manufacturer, supplier, licensing, export-control, or sanctions restrictions.
WeShopTech may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where we reasonably suspect unauthorised resale, unlawful export, or breach of applicable restrictions.
Section 6 — Pricing and Billing
6.1 Website Pricing
WeShopTech takes reasonable care to ensure that product pricing displayed on the website is accurate and up to date.
Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable South African rate.
Shipping, delivery, insurance, installation, configuration, customs, import charges, or other service charges may be charged separately unless expressly included.
6.2 Price Changes
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will normally be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as reflected in the order confirmation or checkout summary, subject always to pricing validation, stock confirmation, supplier confirmation, and final order acceptance by WeShopTech.
Prices posted on the website may differ from prices offered through quotations, account managers, marketplace channels, physical locations, third-party platforms, or promotional campaigns.
6.3 Pricing Validation Before Fulfilment
All orders remain subject to pricing validation before acceptance and fulfilment.
Where a material pricing discrepancy is identified before acceptance or dispatch, WeShopTech may decline the order, cancel the order, or contact you with corrected pricing before proceeding.
6.4 Obvious Pricing or Product Information Errors
Errors, omissions, delays in updates, or supplier-driven changes may occasionally occur.
If WeShopTech identifies an obvious, inadvertent, or manifest pricing error, product-information error, availability error, promotion error, shipping error, or unintended inaccuracy, WeShopTech reserves the right to correct the error and contact affected customers before processing, accepting, or completing the order.
6.5 Supplier Pricing, Exchange Rates, and Landed Costs
Certain products may be affected by changes in supplier pricing, exchange rates, international component costs, import costs, freight charges, duties, landed costs, allocation constraints, or availability changes outside WeShopTech’s control.
Where these factors materially affect a product before fulfilment, WeShopTech reserves the right to review the order and contact you with the updated position where appropriate.
6.6 Special-Order and Non-Standard Items
Products that are special-order, indent, supplier-sourced, customised, configured-to-order, imported on request, or otherwise non-standard may be subject to supplier repricing, revised lead times, revised specifications, revised warranty conditions, or changed availability before fulfilment.
In such cases, WeShopTech may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the revised basis, consider an alternative, or cancel the affected item or order where appropriate and subject to applicable law.
6.7 Quotes
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any quotation issued by WeShopTech is valid only for the period expressly stated on the quotation.
Due to market volatility, shorter validity periods may apply to certain products, brands, categories, projects, configurations, software licences, imports, or supplier-sourced items.
A quotation does not reserve stock or pricing unless expressly stated in writing.
6.8 Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, account, and delivery information for all purchases.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, contact number, delivery address, billing address, payment information, and VAT information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you where needed.
You represent and warrant that:
a. the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
b. you are duly authorised to use the relevant payment method;
c. charges incurred by you will be honoured by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or finance provider; and
d. you will pay all charges incurred by you, including product charges, delivery charges, handling charges, service charges, and applicable taxes.
Section 7 — Availability and Stock
All products are offered subject to availability.
Stock indications shown on the website are for guidance only and may change without notice.
Some products sold by WeShopTech are sourced from suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers on demand and may not be held as physical stock by WeShopTech.
Supplier-sourced items may be subject to confirmation of availability, revised lead times, changed specifications, revised supplier pricing, allocation limits, or revised landed costs before fulfilment.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, WeShopTech may cancel the unavailable item or order, offer an alternative, or contact you with updated availability information.
Where payment has already been received for goods that cannot be supplied, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment provider timelines.
Section 8 — Special-Order, Indent, Configured, and Non-Standard Items
Products that are special-order, indent, configured-to-order, custom-built, imported on request, licensed, digital, project-based, or otherwise non-standard may carry additional commercial and fulfilment risk.
These items may:
a. be subject to revised supplier pricing before fulfilment;
b. be subject to revised lead times or delayed delivery;
c. be subject to revised technical specifications or component substitutions from the manufacturer or supplier;
d. be subject to licensing, activation, regional, usage, or support restrictions;
e. require full or partial upfront payment; and
f. be non-returnable except where required by law or where separately agreed in writing.
Where such a change arises before fulfilment, WeShopTech may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed on the revised basis, consider an available alternative, or cancel the affected item or order where appropriate.
Section 9 — Shipping, Delivery, Title, and Risk
Any dispatch or delivery time shown on the website, in communication, or on a quotation is an estimate only unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
WeShopTech is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including courier delays, supplier delays, import delays, manufacturer delays, customs delays, strikes, load shedding, systems failures, force majeure events, regulatory interruptions, or other logistics disruptions.
Delivery charges, delivery options, insurance, and courier availability may vary depending on the delivery address, product type, product value, size, weight, and service selected.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address nominated by you or on collection by you or your authorised representative.
Ownership in the goods passes only once WeShopTech has received payment in full and in cleared funds, where applicable.
If you fail or refuse to accept delivery, provide an incorrect address, are unavailable for delivery, or fail to collect goods where collection is required, you may be responsible for additional delivery, storage, handling, or return charges, subject to applicable law.
Section 10 — Returns, Faulty Goods, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Returns, repairs, replacements, refunds, and consumer cancellation rights are subject to applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and any returns or refund procedures published by WeShopTech from time to time.
Where a return is accepted, you may be required to follow our returns procedure, obtain a return authorisation number, and comply with reasonable packaging, collection, inspection, and testing requirements.
Returned products must be returned with all accessories, manuals, cables, packaging, warranty cards, licences, and bundled items where applicable.
Certain products may not be returnable except where required by law, including:
a. special-order, indent, custom-built, configured, imported-on-request, or non-standard items;
b. opened software, digital licences, activation keys, subscriptions, or downloadable products;
c. products that have been installed, configured, used, damaged, altered, or tampered with;
d. consumables where packaging has been opened;
e. hygiene-sensitive products where packaging has been opened;
f. products missing serial numbers, warranty labels, accessories, packaging, or bundled items; and
g. products that are not in resalable condition, unless defective as contemplated by applicable law.
If goods are alleged to be defective, WeShopTech may inspect, test, or refer the product to the manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or authorised service centre for assessment.
A product will not be regarded as defective merely because you no longer want it, purchased the incorrect product, misunderstood the specifications, failed to check compatibility, or expected functionality not stated in the product description or manufacturer documentation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-excludable rights that you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
Section 11 — Product Warranties
Products may be supplied with a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warranty.
Warranty periods, warranty terms, support processes, carry-in requirements, courier arrangements, on-site support, dead-on-arrival processes, and repair or replacement procedures may vary by product, manufacturer, supplier, category, and region.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, WeShopTech does not provide any warranty in addition to the applicable manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or statutory warranty.
You are responsible for checking the applicable warranty terms before purchasing a product.
Warranty support may require proof of purchase, serial numbers, original packaging, diagnostic information, images, or other information reasonably required by WeShopTech or the applicable warranty provider.
Warranty claims may be refused where the product has been misused, damaged, altered, opened, repaired by unauthorised persons, incorrectly installed, used with incompatible accessories, exposed to electrical damage, liquid damage, physical damage, or used contrary to manufacturer instructions.
Section 12 — Price Match
Any price match offered by WeShopTech is governed by the separate Price Match Guarantee published on the website, where applicable.
A price match is not automatic and is subject to WeShopTech’s review criteria, exclusions, verification process, and approval.
WeShopTech may decline a price match where the competing offer is not comparable, not in stock, not from an authorised South African supplier, excludes VAT, excludes delivery, is a clearance or once-off promotion, is linked to a pricing error, is a marketplace listing, is grey-imported, or cannot reasonably be verified.
Section 13 — Electronic Communications
By using the website or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically for purposes related to your account, order, payment, delivery, returns, support, legal notices, and website operations.
Electronic communications may include email, SMS, WhatsApp, website notifications, account notifications, or other electronic channels, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Section 14 — Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, product information, pricing, graphics, icons, logos, software, layout, product data, images, design elements, trademarks, product reviews, video, audio, and website content, is owned by or licensed to WeShopTech, Shopify, our suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, licensors, or other third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, extract, store, transmit, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the website without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
WeShopTech’s name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of WeShopTech or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.
All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on the website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 15 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
You may be provided with access to tools, payment services, plugins, applications, integrations, or features offered by third parties as part of the website.
We do not monitor, control, or manage all third-party tools and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or performance.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement, except where expressly stated otherwise.
Any use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you understand and accept the terms on which those tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.
We may add, remove, suspend, or change third-party tools, integrations, and features from time to time.
Section 16 — Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, manufacturer websites, supplier websites, documentation pages, support portals, embedded tools, or external content.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.
If you access third-party websites or content, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage related to your access to third-party websites or your purchase or use of products, services, resources, or content from third-party websites.
Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products, services, content, or websites should be directed to the relevant third party.
Section 17 — Relationship with Shopify
WeShopTech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with WeShopTech (Pty) Ltd.
By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and WeShopTech, including any injury, damage, loss, return, refund, warranty claim, product issue, order issue, or dispute resulting from purchased products and services.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with WeShopTech, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 18 — Privacy and Personal Information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, commonly referred to as POPIA.
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: Privacy Policy.
Because the website is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the website in order to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.
Information submitted through the website may be transmitted to, stored by, or processed by Shopify and other service providers, which may be located outside South Africa.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how WeShopTech, Shopify, payment providers, couriers, suppliers, and other service providers may collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information.
Section 19 — Feedback, Reviews, and User Content
If you submit, upload, post, email, review, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, images, comments, or other content, you grant WeShopTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and process such content for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and supporting the website and services.
You represent and warrant that:
a. you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content;
b. the content is accurate and lawful;
c. the content does not infringe any third-party rights;
d. the content does not contain defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, misleading, or harmful material; and
e. the content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code.
We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove content that we determine, in our discretion, is unlawful, offensive, misleading, inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
Section 20 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, incorrect product descriptions, incorrect specifications, incorrect pricing, incorrect promotions, incorrect shipping charges, incorrect transit times, incorrect stock availability, or incorrect images.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change, update, review, refuse, or cancel orders where any information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted an order, but before final acceptance and fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
Section 21 — Prohibited Uses and Automated Access
You may not access or use the website, directly or indirectly:
a. for any unlawful or malicious purpose;
b. to violate any applicable law or regulation;
c. to infringe intellectual property rights;
d. to harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or harm any person;
e. to transmit false or misleading information;
f. to send spam or unsolicited communications;
g. to impersonate any person or entity;
h. to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
i. to collect or track personal information of others;
j. to scrape, copy, harvest, extract, or commercially exploit product data, pricing, images, stock information, or website content;
k. to use robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, data extraction tools, AI agents, automated tools, or similar technologies without our prior written consent; or
l. to bypass, interfere with, or circumvent any security, access-control, rate-limiting, robot exclusion, authentication, fraud-prevention, or anti-bot measures.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, block, or terminate your access if we determine that you have breached this section.
Section 22 — Agents and Automated Tools
This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of any automated tool, bot, crawler, scraper, AI agent, software agent, or similar technology to access, use, monitor, interact with, or extract data from the website.
An Agent means any software, tool, script, bot, crawler, scraper, AI system, or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity.
No Agent may access, use, monitor, scrape, copy, or interact with the website unless expressly authorised by WeShopTech in writing.
Where WeShopTech permits Agent access, the Agent must:
a. identify itself accurately in all HTTP or HTTPS requests;
b. not conceal, disguise, or misrepresent its automated nature;
c. not mimic human behaviour to avoid detection;
d. not bypass CAPTCHAs, security checks, robot controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
e. not overload, disrupt, or impair the website;
f. not collect personal information unlawfully; and
g. comply with any instructions, technical restrictions, or written requirements issued by WeShopTech.
We may limit, block, restrict, throttle, suspend, or prohibit automated access at any time.
Section 23 — Termination
We may terminate these Terms or suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website, account, or services at any time where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, acted unlawfully, engaged in fraud, created risk for WeShopTech or others, or used the website in a harmful manner.
You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, payment obligations, feedback, privacy, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute provisions, and any other provisions intended to survive.
Section 24 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The information presented on or through the website is made available for general information, product identification, and shopping purposes.
While WeShopTech takes reasonable care to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that all website content, product information, specifications, availability information, images, pricing, or other information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Except as expressly stated by WeShopTech in writing or required by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
Section 25 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeShopTech, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers, licensors, Shopify, and Shopify’s affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, any order, any delay, any inability to supply goods, or any product purchased through the website.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, WeShopTech’s liability will be limited to the value of the affected goods or the amount paid for them, whichever is lower, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Section 26 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeShopTech, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and representatives from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of:
a. your breach of these Terms;
b. your violation of applicable law;
c. your infringement of third-party rights;
d. your misuse of the website;
e. your unauthorised use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, or agents; or
f. your fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful conduct.
Section 27 — Force Majeure
WeShopTech will not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing any obligation where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
These events may include natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labour disruption, supplier failure, manufacturer delays, courier failure, customs delays, import restrictions, telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, payment system failures, utility interruptions, load shedding, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Section 28 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be regarded as severed from these Terms.
The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Section 29 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
The failure by WeShopTech to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeShopTech in relation to your use of the website and purchases made through it, unless a separate written agreement applies.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 30 — Assignment
You may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent.
WeShopTech may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, purchaser, service provider, or third party where reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, or restructuring purposes.
Section 31 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby WeShopTech provides products or services to you are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising from the use of the website or from any transaction concluded through it will be subject to the applicable laws and dispute resolution processes of South Africa.
Section 32 — Headings
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 33 — Changes to These Terms
You can review the most current version of these Terms of Service on this page.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by publishing updates on the website.
Unless otherwise required by law, updated Terms will apply from the date of publication.
Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to notify users of material changes.
Your continued use of the website following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
