Shipping & Delivery Information
At WeShopTech, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for customers across South Africa. This page explains how our shipping process works, estimated delivery timelines, delivery charges, tracking process, and important delivery conditions.
Standard Delivery
We offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa.

Delivery times apply to items that are in stock and where payment has been successfully received and cleared.
How Our Delivery Process Works
Once your order has been placed, our team begins the order verification, picking, packing, and dispatch process.
1. Order Processing
After placing your order, we will verify stock availability and payment status.
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Card payments are usually confirmed faster, while EFT payments may take longer depending on the bank and payment clearance time.
If your order is in stock and payment has cleared, your order will be prepared for courier collection and dispatched in line with the estimated delivery times above.
2. Order Confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.
This confirmation does not always mean that the order has been dispatched. Dispatch will take place once stock and payment have been confirmed.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your delivery. Updates may also be sent via email or SMS depending on the courier service used.
4. Delivery to Your Door
WeShopTech works with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Courier deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is out for delivery, the courier may contact you directly or send a delivery notification.
Important Delivery Notes
In-Stock Items
The estimated delivery times apply to products marked as In Stock at the time of order.
If an item becomes unavailable or there is an unexpected stock issue, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide available options, which may include waiting for stock, selecting an alternative product, or requesting a refund.
Payment Clearance
Delivery timelines begin once payment has been received and confirmed.
EFT payments may take longer to reflect depending on the bank used. To avoid delays, customers are encouraged to send proof of payment where applicable.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, supplier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, protest action, strikes, or high-volume periods.
If we become aware of any delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Remote or Rural Areas
Deliveries to remote, rural, or outlying areas may take longer than the standard delivery estimate, as courier services to these regions may not operate daily.
Delivery Address Requirements
We only deliver to valid physical addresses within South Africa.
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order. WeShopTech will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
PO Box Deliveries
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
All orders must be delivered to a physical address where someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
International Shipping
We currently deliver physical products within South Africa only.
Digital products, software licences, or electronically delivered products may be made available to customers outside South Africa where applicable and subject to supplier or licensing restrictions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. WeShopTech may offer free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time. Any applicable delivery fee or free delivery promotion will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
You can track your order using the courier tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your customer account, where available.
Returns & Refunds
For information about returning a product, refund eligibility, damaged goods, incorrect items, or warranty-related returns, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Collections
Unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing, WeShopTech does not offer walk-in collections.
Please do not visit any business address or office location to collect an order unless you have received written confirmation from our team.
